Been busy making a quilt. These photos were sent to me a while back. The time stamp is 7:35p on 4 Nov 2015. The photos were taken at Precinct 4: Tunica Library.
The people in the top photo are Elijah Williams, President of the Election Commission and Scott Rhines, one of the two Poll Managers at Precinct 4: Tunica Library. Williams and Rhines are pictured behind the privacy screen used for those voting with an affidavit ballot.
The people in the bottom photo are Meg Coker, the other Poll Manager at Precinct 4: Tunica Library. I am being told the voter is Tremane Douglas. You will notice the canister shield on this voting machine is up.
I'm not going to saying anything else about these pictures because they speak for themselves. What I am suggesting is that we need someone who is not connected to Tunica County to come in and train our poll workers.
