From our notes and now from the Tunica Times...that's two sources, that made note of another comment from Judge Lackey at the Boykin vs DEC hearing on 22 Sep 2015.
Judge Lackey told us that our Circuit Clerk judges do not hear cases having to do with elections. Okay, so why is Judge Lackey hearing the Tunica County vs The Town of Tunica and the Tunica County School District?
Where are our elected Judges? We elect them and we pay them so why aren't they coming to Tuncia County in the above case?
