Note from Blogger: I could not cut and paste these in order. The correct order is 1. Letter on BS Chandler's Letterhead; 2. Photocopy of the Tunica Times article; 3. Sheriff's Departmental reassignment. Also, I believe the initials on the original letter are those of BS Chandler and Sheriff Hamp. Not sure about this.
